Dr. Andrew Lalli and staff were very informative and patient with me. I needed 3 wisdom teeth extracted same day and after calling around to many other offices, I came upon St. Pete OSI and I am so glad I did. He explained every step and assured me it would be a pain free procedure, which it was. I had a pleasant experience and everyone exceeded expectations and for that I will always recommend this office to anyone I know in need of oral surgery.

Our son goes to school in Florida, and we leave 10 hours away from him. Recently, he developed a mucocele cyst that had to be surgically removed. When we started calling around, it was not that simple to find an oral surgeon that could immediately see our son. When we called St. Pete Oral Surgery Institute, we were treated with utmost respect and urgency, which is not very common in today’s days. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and it was a big relief for us, especially considering how far away we were from our son. Upon arrival and initial examination, Dr. Lalli called us and explained the entire procedure and subsequent steps we would have to take to ensure proper healing. Billing matters were explained to us in straightforward manner before the start of the surgery. According to our son the surgery itself went flawlessly and didn’t take a lot of time. About a week later we received a follow up phone call from Dr. Lalli with an explanation of biopsy results, that turned out to be negative. We were lucky to find St.Pete’s Oral Surgery Institute and thankful for their highly professional services!
