I had been putting off the extraction of two broken teeth. I called the office as soon as they opened & thankfully, they were able to see me the same day. The atmosphere was welcoming, the front desk staff was kind, & the paperwork process was quick & easy. Once I was called back, they completed a full set of X-rays right away. I explained that I wasn’t in the best place financially, & they were understanding & worked with me so I could get the care I needed. When Dr. Lalli began the procedure, he was patient & talked me through each step. I felt no pain, just a little pressure, & before I knew it, we were done. His clinical team was also wonderful—keeping me at ease, distracting me from stress, & explaining aftercare instructions thoroughly. Later, when I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacy had technical issues & didn’t receive it. By then, the pain had started setting in, & my jaw even locked up. My son had to speak with the doctor on my behalf, & once again, the doctor was patient, helpful, & made sure I was cared for. Knowing I’m in such good hands, I feel much less hesitant about returning for the additional dental work I need. I highly recommend this practice & wish them continued success in serving our community.
