Dr. Lalli was very attentive and personable. He quickly identified and extracted the exposed bone fragment in my gum. On my follow-up visit he gave me very good input regarding the importance of doing a full-mouth exam prior to resuming a Prolia regimen for my osteoporosis. I highly recommend him and his care team.

I would recommend this place over and over again! My first son went somewhere else to get his wisdom teeth removed. He had a very hard time healing. He was in a lot of pain.. My second son went to this location and when I tell you, it was a breeze! No major pain, just soreness. My oldest son kept asking me why his experience was not like his lol. You would not have known he had his wisdom teeth removed! Everyone was so kind from the front desk all the way to the dr.

During my visit, Dr. Andrew Lalli, DDS was very nice and welcoming ( Highly recommend him ). I let him know my expectations for the surgery and he delivered the results I was looking for. They have payment plans that are pretty straight forward and that was the route I took with the amount that I initially agreed to ( which I thought would be the cost of everything ) . A couple of weeks went by and IF YOU DON'T KNOW they use UF as a partner and they sent me a bill that was almost 800 dollars. I wont lie to you there was some back and fourth but they eventually made it right. The office manger is more analytical than friendly but I believe she means well and will definitely do her job which I can respect . OVERALL , great service , office is clean , staff helpful , but I didn't like the surprise bill from UF that they conjured up without notifying me. I definitely would recommend this business for how they professionally handled everything and the surgery itself, just make sure you ask a lot of questions and get clarity 🙂
