Their process from start to finish was very straightforward. Everyone was willing to answer questions and were very nice. The front desk and waiting room was very clean. I appreciated how the consulation process was easy and they were able to identify my needs quickly. I'm especially impressed with the immediate service prior to my scheduled appointment as soon as I walked in, without any wait needed. They are not only incredibly skilled but also kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They’ve even made themselves available after hours to answer questions, which gave us so much peace of mind after surgery. The nursing staff is just as amazing! Gentle, thoughtful, and so good at what they do. And Larry has been fantastic with handling all the insurance questions. He makes everything smooth and easy, which is a huge help during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful we found them and are already planning to bring our youngest here when it’s time for wisdom teeth. You couldn’t ask for a better team.
